Plate (Sea & Grill buffet) – YSK

Hi guys, Kayden here and it’s time for your weekly dose of YSKeats! Today, I shall do a review on a atas restaurant called Plate! Ice and I actually stumbled upon this hidden gem that does not get much love about 2 weeks back? It is located on the 3rd floor of Carlton City Hotel near Tanjong Pagar Mrt! Let me tell you, the quality of the food you are getting will be worth your money because right now, there is a promotion ongoing until 30th June! U.P is 72++ but now, it’s going for 53 nett!!!! Did u hear wrongly? Nope you did not 🙂

Are oysters necessary for seafood buffet dinner? No! But fresh oysters are ;D

So, does this buffet serve fresh oysters? No shit! Ice and I are no big fans of oysters but despite that, both of us took quite a few during our dinner!

I know you guys don’t like lengthy reviews so I’m going to keep it brief. The main stars of the buffet is their black pepper crab and their chili crab, as well as their grilled prawns! According to Ice, their snow crab leg is pretty good as well!

Other than those mentioned above, plate offers a wide variety of other food as seen from the pictures above. To name some, Satay, Bak kut teh and the typical seafood on ice which includes lobsters! (The lobsters not very nice tho>
